Levi Strauss & Co. LEVI, -4.10% shares declined in the extended session Tuesday even after the apparel company topped Wall Street estimates for the quarter. Levi shares declined 1.1% after hours, following a 4.1% decline in the regular session to close at $18.96. The company reported third-quarter net income of $124.5 million, or 30 cents a share, compared with $130.1 million, or 33 cents a share, in the year-ago period. Adjusted earnings were 31 cents a share. Revenue rose to $1.45 billion from $1.39 billion in the year-ago quarter. Analysts surveyed by FactSet had forecast earnings of 28 cents a share on revenue of $1.44 billion.
